The Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) suspended the operating privilege of Stephen J. Cable for fifteen days as an add-on suspension pursuant to Section 1544(a) of the Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1544(a),1 because Cable accumulated three points while under a period of suspension. The Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County sustained Cable's appeal of the add-on suspension, and DOT appealed...
