We grant certiorari to consider relator's complaint that the trial court was in error in failing to dissolve the nonresident writ of attachment issued when this suit was filed.

Banque De Depots, a Swiss bank, (Bank) instituted these proceedings against Bozel Mineracao E Ferroligas (Bozel) in the Thirty Fourth Judicial District seeking a money judgment asserting numerous allegations that Bozel fraudulently misused and/or misapplied the Bank...
