Plaintiff Village of Pinehurst ("Pinehurst") appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment for defendants, dismissing Pinehurst's action for declaratory judgment, to set aside deeds and deeds of trust, to give notice of lis pendens and for specific performance of a prior consent judgment.
