The plaintiff appeals from the judgment rendered after the trial court granted the defendant's motion to strike both counts of the plaintiff's complaint.1 The sole issue is whether the plaintiff's complaint alleges a cause of action pursuant to General Statutes § 14-154a, "Liability of owner for damage caused by rented or leased car."
