Per Curiam.

This case is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas.

The facts of this case are as follows. On January 31, 1986, Louis Kikolski shot and killed Lottie Urban at Kikolski's residence and then committed suicide. Kikolski was suffering from Alzheimer's disease at the time of the incident. Also at the time of the incident, Kikolski held a homeowner's insurance policy issued by appellee, Midwestern Indemnity Company...
