The question to be decided in this appeal is what to do with the $100,000 proceeds from the sale of real estate owned by a husband and wife as tenants by the entireties when: (1) the property was sold while the wife was guardian of the husband, (2) the court ordered the proceeds disbursed to the wife in her individual capacity, subject to monthly payments to the guardianship for the care and maintenance of the husband, (3) the husband died intestate...
