This appeal involves application of sec. 895.52, Stats., Wisconsin's recreational activity immunity statute, to a recreational activity undertaken on privately-owned business property. In June 1984, Julie Ann Douglas was injured when she dove off Rustic Resort's dock into a shallow lake abutting the resort.
