Plaintiff Gary McCaslin appeals as of right from the order of the circuit court granting summary disposition to defendant The Hartford Accident & Indemnity, pursuant to MCR 2.116, on plaintiff's complaint seeking personal injury protection benefits under the no-fault act, MCL 500.3101 et seq.; MSA 24.13101 et seq. We affirm.
