Defendant, David J. Ewen, was indicted in the circuit court of McHenry County, for the offense of child pornography, in violation of section 11-2-.1(a)(2) of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 38, par. 11-20.1(a)(2)). Defendant was convicted of the offense following a bench trial. He was sentenced to a term of probation for 12 months, a fine of $1,000, and...
