The instant proceeding has been instituted by RUBY GRIGSBY, the Debtor ("the Debtor"), on behalf of herself and EDWARD SPARKMAN, ESQUIRE, the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee ("the Trustee"), against THORP CONSUMER DISCOUNT CO. d/b/a ITT FINANCIAL SERVICES ("ITT"), an obligee on a mortgage loan contract with the Debtor which the Debtor apparently believes may file a proof of claim against her...
