James LeBrun appeals from a judgment of the final inventory and accounting for the estate and last will and testament of Peter A. LeBrun, his father. He also appeals an interlocutory order for family maintenance during administration of the estate. James argues that the trial court erred in awarding Elaine LeBrun, Peter's surviving spouse, family allowances under Minn.Stat. § 525.15 (1988). He also claims error in the trial court...
