The plaintiffs, Thomas Marsh and others, brought an action in the circuit court of Du Page County to enjoin the defendant church from violating a Village of Hinsdale zoning ordinance. A bench trial was held and the plaintiffs were denied any relief. On July 27, 1988, the trial court entered a judgment in the defendant's favor and against the plaintiffs.
