We have before us for determination defendant's omnibus pretrial motion in the nature of a motion to suppress, a motion to dismiss because of lack of jurisdiction, and a motion to dismiss because of illegal arrest. The basis underlying all three motions is the alleged illegality of defendant's arrest due to its execution outside of the arresting officer's jurisdiction.
