Upon conviction appellant Stephanie Ann Glidden's demand for a new trial was granted on grounds other than those argued by appellant. See State v. Glidden, 451 N.W.2d 331 (Minn.App.1990). The supreme court reversed and remanded the case to this court for consideration of the issues raised on appeal. See State v. Glidden,
