Eunice Burch Knox (Knox), pro se, appeals from an order of the Secretary of the Department of Public Welfare (Secretary) denying her Request for Reconsideration of the Office of Hearings and Appeals' (OHA) order affirming the reduction of her food stamp eligibility.
