Willie Mays Mobley was indicted for trafficking in cocaine and possession of marijuana in violation of § 20-2-80, Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found the appellant "guilty as charged in the indictment" for trafficking in cocaine and not guilty of possession of marijuana. The trial judge sentenced the appellant to fifteen years' imprisonment in the State penitentiary, pursuant to the Habitual Felony Offender...
