CORCORAN, Justice.

Jurisdiction

The Disciplinary Commission recommended that Stephen M. Zang (respondent) be suspended from the practice of law for one year in matter No. 85-1121, disbarred and ordered to pay restitution in matter No. 85-1445, and disbarred for his conduct in matter No. 85-1326. Because respondent failed to appeal from the Commission's recommendations, these matters were submitted for review on the record. See
