Daniel Stubblefield was convicted of robbery in violation of Code § 18.2-58 and the use and display of a firearm in a threatening manner while committing a robbery in violation of Code § 18.2-53.1. In accordance with the jury's recommendation, Stubblefield was sentenced to consecutive terms of ten years on the robbery charge and four years on the firearm charge.
