This appeal from an Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware requires this Court to analyze Delaware's common and statutory law concerning foreclosure of a debtor's property.1 In particular, the Court must examine the effect which an automatic stay in a Chapter XIII bankruptcy proceeding has on rights which arise in the purchaser of a debtor's foreclosed property...
