In this case the owner of an airplane sued the Airport Commission of Forsyth County, claiming that the airport was negligent in not preventing dogs from entering the runway area of the airport. Plaintiff's airplane was damaged when the landing gear collapsed after allegedly striking a dog during an aborted takeoff.
