This cause comes before the court upon the appeal of Elyria Foundry Company from the trial court's judgment for International Refractory Service Corporation in a foreclosure action. We reverse.

Elyria Foundry contracted with Sutherland & Associates to clean and rebuild a normalizing furnace on a lot that it leased from a benevolent society. Sutherland subcontracted with International Refractory, which provided labor and services to Sutherland...
