The issue we are called upon to decide in this appeal is whether the Circuit Court for Montgomery County erred in holding that the appellant, Thomas Schuler, was not entitled to uninsured motorist and personal injury protection coverage under the terms of a commercial liability insurance policy issued by Erie Insurance Exchange. Erie's policy covered a 1980 BMW owned by Lena Schuler, appellant's wife. Mrs. Schuler's employer, Rainbow Hair Designers...
