The defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court reimposing a total effective sentence of not less than fifteen nor more than thirty years, following the granting of his motion to correct an illegal sentence. The sole issue is whether the trial court, when correcting an illegal sentence pursuant to Practice Book § 9351 after a multicount conviction has been partially set aside, may restructure the entire sentencing...
