The debtors, who are grain and dairy farmers, executed "future delivery" contracts in the spring of 1988 with the defendant, Rakers Elevator, Inc. ("Rakers"), by which they sold soybeans to Rakers at a specified price to be paid upon delivery of the grain in the fall.
