In this appeal from the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, we shall hold that a claim of medical malpractice against a non-health care provider, where joined with and incorporated in an arbitrable claim against a health care provider, is subject to mandatory arbitration under Maryland's Health Care Malpractice Claims Act (the Act).
