ROLL, Presiding Judge.

Jose Manuel Galvan-Cardenas, Pedro Angel Mendez, and Jorge Armando Romero Morales appeal their respective convictions arising from three unrelated incidents. All three defendants in this consolidated appeal argue that the state lacked jurisdiction to prosecute them because they were arrested at the Douglas, Arizona port of entry.
