Named as defendants are: Shirley Martin Davidge (Shirley Davidge), beneficiary on one policy and primary beneficiary on the other policy as well as widow of the deceased; Wilson Alvarez, Jr. (Alvarez), a minor, the contingent beneficiary on one of the policies...
