Shirley W. Mullen (Mullen) seeks review of a court of appeals' decision which reversed the trial court's grant of relief under sec. 806.07, Stats, based on a post judgment change in the controlling law. We conclude under the unique circumstances of this case that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in granting relief. The decision of the court of appeals is therefore reversed.
