Betty Jones (Jones) as trustee for the heirs and next of kin of Andrew Kyles challenges the trial court's grant of summary judgment holding that Jones' prior settlement with liability insurers precludes recovery of uninsured motorist coverage from Sentry Insurance Company (Sentry).
