Appellant's original suit against respondents in Hennepin county was dismissed on the grounds of forum non conveniens and was not appealed. Following proceedings in Saudi Arabia, from which respondent Suad Abukhadra was voluntarily dismissed and to which respondent Codeco International was not a party, appellant again brought suit against respondents in Hennepin county.
