Barbara Osborne-Tanner appeals the trial court's order terminating parental rights to her daughter C.T. Basically she contends that the evidence is insufficient to support the order of termination. We affirm.

Barbara and Ken Tanner, C.T.'s father, had been hospitalized at Everett General Hospital in connection with mental health problems when they met. C.T. was born on August 16, 1986, 1 year after their marriage....
