This case involves a promissory note relating to the sale of an Arabian horse. On appeal from the denial of his motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, Stuart O'Byrne argues the forum selection clause at issue is unreasonable, and absent his agreement to personal jurisdiction in Minnesota, there are insufficient minimum contacts to pass constitutional muster.
