OPINION

GARDEBRING, Judge.

Appellant Joy Marie Friedman was arrested for driving while under the influence and she refused to take a breath test pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 169.123, subd. 2(a) (1988). Her driver's license was revoked for one year and she petitioned for judicial review. The trial court sustained the revocation and this appeal followed.
