OPINION

FERNANDEZ, Chief Judge.

In their appeal from the granting of summary judgment against them, appellants Gene and Erma Rohde contend that material fact issues exist in their suit for breach of an implied easement of view. They also protest the trial court's award of attorney's fees to appellees Beztak of Arizona, Inc. and Summer Set Homeowners Association. We affirm.
