Respondent Mary Baker (Baker) brought this action on behalf of respondent Timothy Michael Baker, seeking survivor's economic loss benefits and funeral benefits through the Minnesota Assigned Claims Bureau as a result of the death of Timothy's mother. Appellant American Family Mutual Insurance Company (American Family), to whom the claim was assigned, denied recovery arguing that the death of Tamera Baker did not arise out of the maintenance...
