This is an action brought under the Nebraska Uniform Fraudulent Conveyance Act, Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 36-601 et seq. (Reissue 1988). The plaintiff-appellant, Citizens State Bank, seeks to set aside a conveyance of a building made to the defendant-appellee, Jennings State Bank, from the Jennings Agency, Inc. (Agency).
