The instant proceeding, a state-court mortgage foreclosure action removed to this court by the Debtor, presumably to obtain a receptive forum to prosecute his motion to open a default judgment entered therein, which the mortgagee did not seek to remand, is reminiscent of the matter at issue in In re Miller, 90 B.R. 762 (Bankr.E.
