WOZNIAK, Chief Judge.

Appellants Brian and Pamela Pletan, as trustees for the heirs of their son Shawn Pletan, challenge the trial court's award of summary judgment in favor of respondents Sgt. Boyd Barrott and the City of Crystal. The trial court held that under Minn.Stat. § 466.03, subd. 6 (1988), respondents were immune from liability for Shawn's death, which occurred during a high speed chase....
