Robert Franklin Miller appeals from his conviction of aggravated child molestation for an incident involving his stepdaughter.

1. Appellant challenges the trial court's conclusion that appellant's wife voluntarily consented to the search of their home and thus the evidence found during that search (pornographic magazines and videotapes) was admissible. At the hearing held pursuant to Jackson v. Denno, 378 U.S. 368
