OPINION

CRIPPEN, Judge.

Appellant Christopher Erickson was seriously injured in an accident involving a four-wheeled all-terrain vehicle (ATV) sold by respondent Burnsville Sports Center. Following a jury finding that Burnsville negligently failed to warn of the dangers of the ATV, the trial court awarded damages for appellants in excess of $400,000. The court calculated prejudgment interest on only $75,000 of the award, because Burnsville had made a settlement...
