On April 24, 1990, I heard the Chapter 7 Trustee's Objection to Claims against the estate of Daystar of California, Inc. submitted by David Miller and Kodash, Inc. Trustee objected to both claims on the ground they were untimely filed three months after the bar date. Miller and Kodash, Inc. responded that the objection should be overruled, because prior to the deadline, they had mailed invoices to debtor...
