PAPADAKOS, Justice.

This is the appeal of John McHugh and Joan McHugh, his wife (Appellants), from the opinion and order of the Superior Court affirming the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County which entered summary judgment against Appellants and in favor of Litvin, Blumberg, Matusow and Young, a Professional Association (Appellees) in a legal malpractice action. 379 Pa.Super. 95
