This is an appeal from judgment of sentence entered on July 11, 1989 by the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas following a jury trial taking place from October 6-10, 1988. Appellant Joseph Washington was convicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Post-trial relief was denied and appellant was sentenced to a period of incarceration...
