The sole issue in this appeal is whether the Appellate Court correctly determined that a new trial was necessary because of juror misconduct. The plaintiff, Pamela Barone Speed, executrix of the estate of Mildred F. Barone, brought a wrongful death action against the defendants Anthony F. DeLibero, a physician, and Anthony F.
