FOTI, J.

The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of operating a motor vehicle while his license was under suspension, in violation of General Statutes § 14-215. The defendant claims that the trial court erred (1) in denying his motions for judgment of acquittal, (2) in failing to charge as requested, and (3) in enhancing the sentence imposed pursuant to General Statutes § 14-215 (c). We find error in the court...
