Dawn Schimmel appeals a trial court judgment reversing the decision and order of a hearing examiner representing the Equal Rights Division of the Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. DILHR elected not to participate in this appeal. Schimmel contends the trial court erred by ruling that three incidents of illness involving Schimmel and members of her family were not "serious health conditions" within the meaning of the Family and Medical Leave...
