The state of Ohio has appealed from orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Miami County dismissing two indictments against Malcolm C. Black. These indictments were apparently dismissed for failure of the state of Ohio to bring Black to trial within the time limit imposed by the Interstate Agreement on Detainers enacted in Ohio at R.C. 2963.30. In its single assignment of error, the state contends that this action by the trial court was error...
