WRIGHT, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's 1984 Federal income tax in the amount of $4,996. The issues for decision are: (1) whether petitioner established a "tax home" in Brunei for purposes of the section 9111 foreign earned income exclusion; and (2) whether damages should be awarded to the United States under section 6673.
