Rosemount Education Association ("REA"), a public school teachers' representation organization, obtained a writ of certiorari seeking review of ruling, by Commissioner of Bureau of Mediation Services, that voided a representation election which REA won by one vote. Rival association, Rosemount Federation of Teachers ("RFT"), filed notice of review regarding post-election objections rejected...
