The Plaintiff-Appellant, Nicholas S. Caldararo, instituted this declaratory judgment action to obtain a ruling regarding his claim for certain benefits under a motor vehicle insurance policy issued to him and his wife by the Defendant-Appellee, Keystone Insurance Company. After the close of pleadings, both parties filed motions for judgment on the pleadings. The trial court denied the plaintiff's motion, but granted the motion of the defendant....
